It is well known that the Price Kent Racing / OTI relationship has blossomed over the past two to three years. This weekend, that relationship will be on show as the Price Kent team steps out with four OTI runners. Three of those, I’m Thunderstruck, Cadazio and Hezashocka will be seen at Flemington on Makybe Diva Stakes Day, while Struck Twice returns first-up at Sale on Sunday.
Hezashocka will be the first of the runners, returning to Flemington after winning here impressively last start.
With many stayers in the field commencing their respective preparations, the gelding should have an advantage being fit and fresh. “He is going very well and I wouldn’t hold anyone back to put something on him”, says trainer Mick Price.

I’m Thunderstruck has been announced the obvious favourite for the main event over 1600m on Saturday. After an impressive first up run in the G1 Memsie, where he just missed the money, all eyes are on him in this race.
Having had two starts at Flemington in his career, one win and a strong second in the All-Star Mile there is no doubt everyone is looking forward to a Group 1 outing at Headquarters.

Cadazio has already developed somewhat of a cult following after his debut win at Geelong in July and many eyes will be on him in the final event on the card as he commences his spring Derby campaign.
Price says “It will be a good test for him, he is obviously on a Derby journey and will race against some strong horses, but I think he can run a good race coming home late.” Jamie Kah is booked to ride the three-year old in the 1400m Exford Plate. See all race details here.
Struck Twice, full-brother to I’m Thunderstruck, will return to the races at Sale over 1400m trying to break his Maiden. After a positive first outing in Pakenham in July we look forward to seeing him back at the races. See the full field here.
We look forward to seeing everyone trackside!
Best of luck to all connections.
