Meet the team that makes up one of the leading racehorse syndication companies in Australia.

Terry Henderson

Director

Terry has been with OTI Management Pty Ltd since its incorporation in 1999.

Terry holds a Bachelor of Business and Transport Economics. He has held numerous positions on boards, and has been Chairman of a number of private companies. In his own right, Terry formed and developed the logistics management consultancy, Henderson Consultants. This company was sold to an international public company in 1996. Since then, Terry has tended to focus on his racing and breeding interests, centred around OTI.

Shayne Driscoll

Director

Shayne is responsible for the day-to-day running of business.

With a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) behind him, Shayne commenced with OTI in 2004 as an Office Manager. He has spent his time since learning from Terry Henderson and Simon O’Donnell. Shayne has been involved in all facets of OTI’s business including racehorse management, communication with owners, accounts payable and receivable, financial statements, horse selection/purchase and marketing.

Gus Boyd

Director

Based in Sydney, Gus has been an integral part of OTI for over five years. His presence has enabled us to expand and strengthen our service offering to both existing and prospective clients in the region. Gus plays a central role in the communication and strategic planning of all horses within the OTI network, and is an integral part of our acquisition process.

Gus has studied a Bachelor of Business at Deakin University and joined OTI with plenty of business acumen. Raised on a beef farm in rural Victoria, he developed a deep passion for the racing industry through his family’s varying involvement.

Campbell Wansbrough

Campbell is OTI's Communications Manager.

He has been involved with OTI in varying capacities since 2020 and is primarily responsible for managing the distribution of owner communications. In addition, Campbell manages OTI's insurance portfolio and provides support in accounting areas.

He graduated from Monash University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor of Finance. Campbell has also gained experience working with multiple racing stables, both locally and internationally.

Anna Cahill

Anna joined OTI in 2025 as Client Relations & Bloodstock Assistant.

Originally from Co. Kildare, Ireland, Anna completed a Bachelor of Science degree before gaining experience working on leading stud farms in both Ireland and Australia. She completed the Irish National Stud Thoroughbred Breeding Course before being selected for the Godolphin Flying Start program where she further developed her knowledge and skills across the global thoroughbred industry.

Based in Sydney, Anna will be involved in various facets of the business, with a focus on our client support services. With over 40 horses currently in training in New South Wales, her appointment reinforces OTI’s commitment to our continued growth and success in the region.

Nick Sheedy

Nick is OTI’s Client Development Coordinator.

Nick joined us with an extensive background in the wagering industry, where he has worked in various roles across operations, commercial, and reporting departments. He will play a pivotal role in assisting with various tasks, including the distribution of owner communications and managing our insurance policy.

Nick is a passionate racing man and has been immersed within the industry from a young age. He enjoys spending time on track as a member of the VRC and MVRC.

Lisa Grund

Lisa is OTI’s Equine Welfare Coordinator.

Lisa has a Diploma in Equine Business Management and graduated from Marcus Oldham College in 2020. German-bred and with horses always being part of her life, she discovered her passion for thoroughbreds after she moved to Australia and has been involved in the industry ever since. Initially working hands-on in stables and breeding barns, her varied skillset has led her towards an administrative and management future.

As OTI's Equine Welfare Coordinator, she is responsible for managing and tracking the progress of our past thoroughbreds. Lisa also assists heavily with our Social Media Management, Marketing and Client Services.
