A couple months ago, we purchased a quality colt by Snitzel out of the Champion South African mare Carry On Alice at the Inglis Easter Yearling Sales. Since then, he had a well-deserved spell and has now completed his breaking in process.
According to the team at Ledger Racing, he has ticked all the boxes and has done everything he needed to do, including spending time out on the track.
“He’s got plenty of power and is a lovely strong colt. I couldn’t be any more pleased with the way he handled it all” says Brad Ledger.
The colt will now head to the paddock for a break before coming back into pre-training in a few weeks’ time. He should then be ready for his first taste of the Price/Kent Jnr routine at Cranbourne, where he’ll be given every chance of being up and running as an early two-year-old!
