OTI is pleased to announce that the exciting two-year-old filly by Echoes Of Heaven out of Sweet Bourbon arrives in Australia tonight to join the OTI team. She will be based at Cranbourne, with Busuttin Racing selected to train her.
This filly joins OTI on the back of a most impressive trial win at Foxton on December 13, where she produced excellent sectionals despite racing greenly. It was the trial of a filly with immense talent.
Echoes Of Heaven is a relatively unknown name on the sires list, but is a full brother to Manhattan Rain and a half-brother to Redoute’s Choice. Sweet Bourbon, a Centaine mare, is from the family of Omnicorp and Abidewithme.
This filly has all the characteristics to warrant preparation towards races like a Guineas or an Oaks in her three-year-old, so Trent Busuttin will have an eye on those targets as we near the spring of 2017.
