3yo filly Tournelle, trained by George Boughey in the UK, has come back to full training in great order and is ready to make her race debut this Tuesday at Newcastle (UK).
Purchased back in late 2022 as a yearling, forming part of OTI’s Eurolink, the filly has shown good improvement in her work to date and we are hopeful she can live up to the talent shown at home.
“She’s got a good education from her work in the summer and didn’t take long this time to get ready for the races. She hasn’t missed a beat since her break. I’ve had a very high opinion of her from the start and I’m glad we gave her the time to mature a bit more.” said Boughey in an update to owners.
Tournelle is entered for the 1414m 3yo+ Fillies’ Maiden at Newcastle (UK) on Tuesday with jockey Billy Loughnane booked to ride.
