It’s a very busy time for the OTI team as many horses return to the races for the Autumn Carnival. One of them is progressive 4yo Cloudland, who has left a big impression on connections after his first two racing preparations.
Winning his first three starts in quite a unique style, the son of Swiss Ace has shown plenty of talent but needed time to get his racing manners under control. Still winning his first start was most surprising after he changed position from the inside all the way to the outside rail, crossing in front of the whole field. Jockey Aaron Bullock did a great job controlling Cloudland who managed to hang on to break his maiden.
Since then, Cloudland has continued to improve his racing style and was able to secure another two wins and a third placing. Now back at the stables and with two trials under his belt, he is ready to return to the races this Thursday at Newcastle over 1400m in the Provincial-Midway Championship Qualifier. Hopefully, he can finish in the first two and secure his place in the final during The Championships at Newcastle.

Best of luck to all involved!
