It was great to make an early mark last week in the lead-up to the spring, with Boniface taking out the Group 3 Premier’s Cup at Randwick, while Nearco Frod made it an outstanding four city wins in a row. Seaxburh was also a very deserving winner in Ireland!
This weekend, Caulfield Cup hopeful Deakin gets his campaign underway in a hot edition of the Listed Heatherlie Stakes, with Lincoln Rocks joining him on the undercard at Caulfield.
Elsewhere, Lafont gets her chance at city level in Adelaide, two fillies are set to step out in France, while on Sunday Buongiorno looks a nice chance at Wyong.
