This weekend of spring racing is highlighted by the world renowned Caulfield Cup. With the unfortunate late scratching of Quick Thinker, OTI is now represented by the one runner Selino in the race. There is also plenty of action across the country, and internationally for the team this Saturday.

Eagles Crag
Difficulty in finding appropriate races, combined with a small health hick up has interrupted Eagles Crag’s preparation. However Archie Alexander has said his work has been excellent leading up to this race. With luck in running, he should be in the finish.

Southern Rock
On the back of a return to form two starts back, Southern Rock is expected to be very competitive here. The barrier is no help, so hopefully he can run into the race over the last 400 metres.
Race 3 – 1:48 pm | 2218m BM78 | T: Matthew Dunn | J: Michael Cahill 55.5kg | Barrier 10 | Saddlecloth 5

Zaynudin
On the bigger track and with blinkers applied, Joseph O’Brien believes Zaynudin will be very hard to beat.
Race 6 – 2:20 am AEST | 2000m Maiden | T: Joseph O’Brien | J: J Mc Donogh 58kg | Barrier 13 | Saddlecloth 6
Camphor
Camphor goes to her likely last race before heading to the Newmarket Broodmare Sales in early December. With a slow track, she could well end her race career successfully.
