CHAT WITH TONY MCEVOY

I was very blessed to get a gig with Colin Hayes and got given an opportunity to ride some really good horses. To have an opportunity as a kid from the bush to come to the big smoke in Adelaide and ride for some of the most respected and best trainers in the country was an incredible thing for me.”

VETS – RACING’S QUIET NECESSITIES

While vets usually remain out of the spotlight, over the next month, those appointed by Racing Victoria will be charged with ensuring all horses for the major races can compete safely. The international raiders, who have already been assessed prior to and during the overseas quarantine period, will come under special scrutiny as RV vets watch over their training many times a week.”
