I had always spoken about my love for Australian racing and of course we used to watch it all the time. I first came over with horses for different Carnivals and fell in love with the atmosphere. When the Pakenham option came up for us it just felt right. Garfield and surrounds is a great place to live with the girls.

 

 

 

 

RACING IS BACK!

A female jockey, Jamie Melham, landing the Melbourne Cup aboard a horse prepared by a highly respected father-and-son training partnership, added a nice touch to the carnival. Tony McEvoy, his son Calvin, and their team continue to present the best image of modern racing. They blend the old and the new.”
