This promising four-year-old Fastnet Rock entire is now with James Cummings. The young stallion is planned to commence his Australian career in late February/early March.
A winner of his last two races over 1800m and 2000m in France, we believe that this horse will be best suited to journeys of 2400m and possibly further.

James is looking to have Fastnet Thunder at trial stage around mid-February, and we expect he will head to the races soon after. He has indicated that the horse has been quite calm and has quickly got into the routine of the stable. He has already developed a strong liking for the horse and is excited about what he will be able to do in Australia.
Fastnet Thunder will be allowed to progress through his classes during the autumn as James gets to know the horse. It is the spring of 2017 where we believe this horse will be reaching his prime racing age. We consider him a middle-staying distance horse capable of reaching the best handicaps.
