The new season got off to a flying start with Nearco Frod winning the opening race at Flemington last Saturday. Other highlights from the week included Andy Win’s victory in the Grand National Hurdle, and Zorb saluting on return!
Much of the focus is in Sydney this weekend where we’re likely to have five runners step out. Boniface looks primed for a strong performance in the Premier’s Cup Prelude with Goodwood winner Sam Hawkens resuming in the same race.
Also in at Randwick is Golden Century, who gets his chance with J-Mac aboard, The Creator needing a touch of luck and Yoshinobu needing to lift his game. Elsewhere, Lennox lines up at Eagle Farm and Madero backs up at Caulfield!
