Few young horses turn heads like this athletic gelding. While his striking looks first catch the eye, it’s his fluent, efficient action, professionalism and likeable bloodlines that made him such an attractive proposition for OTI.
Breezing up in a sharp 10.51 seconds on the Taupo turf under minimal pressure, it was an impressive piece of work for a middle-distance type.
This 2yo stands 16 hands and is a correct, well-balanced gelding. He had a lovely, clean vetting with low-risk x-rays and a Grade 1 scope.
He’s by Churchill, the 4 x time Group 1 and dual Guineas winner and sire of over 30 stakes winners, including Group 1 French Derby winner Vadeni. The page has plenty of stamina to help suggest he’s an ideal 1600m+ type for the future.
A 5% interest is priced at $9,200 + GST. Note this covers off all associated costs of his purchase and race series nominations, and includes all expenses through to December 31, 2025, as well as insurance cover to July 31, 2026.
